Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes unexpected events occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you call or text us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide proper notification will result in a cancellation fee of $35 for cuts and $75 for color, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
We do not accept changes or cancellations via email.
